We have received a number of direct emails from some of our customers seeking assistance on how to place orders. This page will give some guidelines on how to go about it. If you still experience any difficulties, do not hesitate to get hold of us using our Contact Us page.
OPTION 1 – In-store purchase
Like any other traditional store, a customer visits our physical shop, selects products and make payment.
One can also make an EFT or credit card payment for an online order (Option 2 below) and chose to collect from our store.
OPTION 2 – Online purchase
Select the product(s) you want by clicking the “Add to cart” button under the product description (see image below). If you want multiple supplies of the same product you can either click the “Add to cart” button multiple times or leave it till Step 2. Items will be added to “Your Cart” which appears on the right hand side of the page. Click “View Cart” to go to the next step.
The selected items will appear in your cart. Here you can change the required quantities under “QUANTITY” or completely remove a product by clicking on “x” on the left hand side of the product image. Once you are done making changes, click the “Update Cart” button then click the “Proceed to Checkout” button to proceed to the next step.
On the “Checkout” page, enter your details so that we can be able to contact you and/or post the products to you.
After entering your personal details, shipping and payment methods you can click on the “Place order” button at the bottom of the “Checkout” page to submit your order to us. You will receive an email confirming your order.
